Wang.Guo-Ren
Artist Wang Guoren, also known by the nickname 'A Tsán,' is a grassroots creator from Kaohsiung, raised in a rural farming community. Surrounded by nature since childhood, he has a deep emotional connection to the land of Taiwan, which is why he chose the artistic name 'A Tsán,' derived from the Taiwanese pronunciation of 'field' ('田'), reflecting his down-to-earth roots. He started his career by painting murals and has worked with a wide range of industries on various commissions. Known for his ability to shape a personal style, he transforms it into a unique language for his clients’ brands, gradually building a strong reputation in the art world. When Lee Junxian, former director of the Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts and the founder of 'Fishsnipers,' first saw A Tsán's work, he praised it as 'strange and extraordinary,' which encouraged A Tsán to transition his creations onto canvas, allowing those who appreciate his art to collect it.
