Return and Exchange Instructions
Celestial Serendipity offers a 10-day appreciation period (including holidays). If you receive the artwork and find that it does not match the agreed-upon items in the order, such as:
- Incorrect item
- Incorrect specifications
- Incorrect quantity received
To avoid disputes, we recommend that you take photos and videos of the unboxing process for evidence. Please send the photos as attachments to Celestial Serendipity's LINE@ official customer service within the 10-day appreciation period (including holidays) and contact our customer service representative. If the customer service representative subsequently informs you that it is necessary to provide a video, please provide the video content.
When returning goods, the artwork must be in the same condition and complete packaging as when it was received. Please note the following [Return Conditions]:
- Artwork itself
- Accessories
- Gifts
- Certificate of Authenticity
- Original packaging (including protective packaging)
- Completeness of all accompanying documents or data
Do not lose any accessories or damage the original packaging (including protective packaging). The manufacturer may inspect the artwork to confirm whether it meets the return conditions. If the returned goods cannot be restored to their original condition, it may affect your return rights or you may need to bear some costs.
